Persuasive communication is a combination of skill and art in getting people to do what you want them to do. You have the authority to instruct, but you may not be speaking persuasively. You struggle to get a “YES” convincingly. To be successful, you must know how to unlock the hidden psychology. The secret lies in interpreting human emotional drivers and what do people want discreetly.
In the workshop, you will learn 2 psychological aspects, i.e. Your Colored Brain on how your brain process information genetically and what are your emotional needs that make you do what you want to do. You will learn to interpret beyond what is said, unravel the subconscious and get people to agree with you. As the Managing Director of Culture Dynamics DCI (M) Sdn Bhd, she is the speaker, trainer, facilitator and consultant for multiple training workshops, seminars, and conferences. She has 15 years of training and facilitation experience in culture, diversity, bridging, generational gap, communication, interpersonal skills and corporate culture transformation.
She is the Certified Master Trainer for Colored Brain and Directive Communication Psychology and she is the only one holding this title in Malaysia. Over the years, she has certified more than 100 trainers and coaches and conducted over 300 training workshops and speaking engagements.
Lily is awarded for being the Best Performing International Partner and the Best DC Master Trainer by Directive Communication International and Arthur Carmazzi for 2 consecutive years and the last was recently in June 2020. She is endorsed for Gold level by Global Trainers Federation.
Based on the belief that every individual is unique and has the capacity to excel, given the right opportunities, Lily’s training methodology breaks mental barriers, cultivates trust and creates synergies across cultures. She works with individuals from the psychological perspective by understanding their genetic thinking style and personal desire, and combines the cultural influece background to provide holistic approach solutions.
Her articles on communication, generational and cross – cultural issues have been published in Leaderonomics and MyStarJobs newspapers, Smart Investors and Asian Quality magazines. Lily was interviewed in BFM radio on Malaysia generational issue and featured as a Directive Communication expert on the NTV7 Breakfast Show. With a formal degree from Japan, Lily is fluent is English, Japanese, Chinese and Malay language.
